We collaborate closely with a fast-growing network of advisors and serve employers nationwide. To support our rapid expansion in Western Canada, we are looking for an Account Executive (Remote) based in Vancouver to help grow our advisor network and lead full-cycle sales opportunities with employers
About the Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career (typically 2–4+ years) who wants accelerated responsibility, a steep learning curve, and meaningful earning potential as part of a high-growth startup environment.
You’ll join a small, high-performing regional pod, where you’ll get strong support, and hands-on coaching, but also real ownership from day one. If you thrive in environments where you can build, experiment, and see your impact directly in business growth, you’ll love this role.

Understand advisor business models and help them grow their group retirement business

Your goal: make advisors successful so they bring more opportunities to Common Wealth.
Advisor-Led Employer Sales Support
Join advisor-led meetings to demo the platform and advance deals
Support proposals, paperwork, and contracting to move opportunities efficiently
Handle objections and clearly articulate Common Wealth’s value
