We’re seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to play a foundational role in scaling how Common Wealth goes to market. This role offers the opportunity to build the systems, processes, and insights that power our revenue teams and directly influence how advisors, employers, and members experience Common Wealth as we grow.

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to help build and scale the operational foundation that supports our go-to-market teams. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Client Success, with primary ownership of our CRM and revenue technology stack.

As we continue to scale, this role will be crucial in ensuring our revenue teams are empowered with the right tools, processes, data, and insights to work efficiently and deliver exceptional experiences to advisors, employers, and members.

While reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role serves all revenue teams and partners closely with Sales and Client Success leadership. A key part of the role is ensuring that data from the Common Wealth platform flows reliably into our CRM, partnering closely with Engineering to maintain accurate, trusted data that powers our reporting and revenue workflows.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Systems & Technology

  • Own and optimize our CRM (HubSpot), including configuration, data quality, automation, and reporting

  • Drive adoption and best practices across Marketing, Sales, and Client Success

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools across the revenue tech stack

  • Identify and deploy opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency

  • Ensure clean integrations and reliable data flow across systems

Cross Functional Revenue Enablement

  • Act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Client Success

  • Design and maintain scalable, end-to-end revenue processes (leads, handoffs, pipeline, forecasting, lifecycle)

  • Align teams on shared processes, definitions, and success metrics

  • Support onboarding and enablement on systems, tools, and workflows

Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Partner with Engineering to maintain reliable data syncs between the Common Wealth platform and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and system integrity

  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into pipeline, performance, and growth

  • Establish data governance standards and ensure consistency across teams

  • Support forecasting and decision-making with accurate, actionable insights

Process Optimization & Scale

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements

  • Streamline workflows to reduce manual effort and increase productivity

  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that support growth

Strategic Partnership

  • Serve as a thought partner to the Head of Marketing and revenue leaders

  • Help shape revenue operations strategy, tooling decisions, and future-state capabilities

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related operational role

  • Handson experience owning and optimizing a CRM, ideally HubSpot

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Comfortable working across functions and influencing without formal authority

  • Process oriented, detail driven, and motivated to build systems that scale

  • Curious and excited about using technology, including AI, to improve how teams work

  • Comfortable in a fast growing, evolving environment where priorities can shift

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services

  • Experience supporting advisor-led, channel-based, or B2B2C (Business-to-Business-to-Consumer) sales models

  • Prior exposure to AI-powered workflows, automation, or data enrichment tools
